**The Yorkie Den**

We are an AKC Yorkshire terrier breeder out of Beavercreek, OH. I have 12+ years of experience as a breeder of Yorkies. We own three females and one male, all of whom carry the Parti gene, and one of our females is a Chocolate Yorkshire Terrier. We require a deposit of $500, unless you plan on picking up the puppy same day as contact. We have a deposit agreement form that is signed by both parties, and the deposit will go towards the price of the puppy. All puppies will be up to date on vaccines at time of sale.
