Bernese Mountain Dog Miniature Puppies

The Miniature Bernese Mountain Dog is a friendly dog with an affectionate and gentle personality. Generally, they are friendly with children, making them great pets and companions for the whole family.

Generally healthy, Mini Bernese Mountain Dogs can be prone to some health issues which include: progressive retinal atrophy, hip and elbow dysplasia, and hypothyroidism.

Miniature Bernese Mountain Dogs have medium-level energy and should have daily exercise. They enjoy daily walks along with playing fetch and other mental stimulation activities.

Miniature Bernese Mountain Dogs should be brushed regularly to avoid mats and tangles and to keep loose fur under control.

Coming from parents that both shed, the Miniature Bernese Mountain Dog will also shed. They are not hypoallergenic and may not be a good fit for allergy suffers.

Medium-sized dogs, the Mini Berner has medium to long length coat which usually is tri-colored, but may come appear in other colors since the Cavalier has more colors.

The Mini Bernese Mountain Dog is a relatively new Hybrid recognized by it’s own name. Hailing from the Cavalier and Bernese, the Mini Berner was created for a smaller dog resembling the Bernese Mountain Dog. They can be registered with International Canine Association, Inc. (ICA) and International Designer Canine Registry (IDCR).
